Mechanical engineer by training, real-estate obsessive by choice. Sukaran brings the analytical brain to acquisitions and development — playing the long game to build value that lasts generations, not quarters.

PhD in Finance, 40+ years in markets, Harvard Business School exec-ed grad who later ran their Making Markets Work program across East and Southern Africa. Steered portfolios through the Global Financial Crisis and COVID without flinching. His focus: building lasting wealth, tax-smart portfolios, and mapping the path to full financial independence.

PhD and an eagle eye for finishes, with a rare talent for reading customer behavior and tailoring plans to exactly what they need. Jennifer sources materials from a global network of trusted suppliers — cabinetry, lighting, flooring, the whole thing — balancing quality, beauty, and budget so every project lands bespoke and cohesive.

Mechanical engineer with an Ops specialization who's genuinely obsessed with client experience. Adi runs sales and operations — from first hello to keys-in-hand — combining market smarts, tech, and a consultative approach so every deal feels transparent and low-drama.
Steven
Head of Construction · Awning
Builder's builder. Steven's got a deep bench in construction and materials — knows how framing, tile, trim, and finish work actually go together, and has a real eye for making the aesthetics land clean. Runs contractors and vendors, handles city permits and the procedural back-and-forth so projects don't stall at the inspector's desk, and catches issues before they get expensive.
