A small family shop with a long memory.

PBXI Capital started around a kitchen table — one family figuring out how to fix up a house, then another, then a whole little world of little businesses. That's still how we work today.

A little bit of a lot of things.

We're intentionally small, and we like it that way. On any given week you'll find us:

Fixing up homes we'd actually want to live in.
Buying and holding onto buildings for the long haul.
Looking after properties like they're our own — because most of them are.
Putting a little money to work in businesses and ideas we believe in.
Saying yes to good projects, and honestly saying no to the rest.

We're not chasing quarters — we're thinking about decades, and probably grandkids.

We do the work ourselves

Buying, remodeling, managing, investing — mostly us and a tight crew we trust.
