PBXI Capital started around a kitchen table — one family fixing up a house, which grew into acquiring and remodeling properties, and eventually diversified into capital investments. That same kitchen-table approach is how we still work today.

We've lived through the frustrations most homeowners and investors quietly put up with — a designer from one firm, a construction crew from another, a property manager who's never met either. Archaic 2D drawings normal people can't read. Radio silence during the build. Timelines that slip without a heads-up.
We wanted something better for our own homes and portfolios, and when we couldn't find it, we built it. PBXI Capital exists to close that gap: personal care for every client, and every discipline — remodeling, real estate, and wealth management — under one roof.
